JARRY AND FRIENDS
Swiss stand-up, raw and sensitive, live in Fribourg
Born in Geneva, Alexandre Kominek is one of the most striking Swiss comedians of his generation. After starting out on Romandy stages — the Swiss Comedy Club, Bleu Lézard and Caustic Comedy Club — he made his name in Paris, at the Montreux Comedy Festival, then on France Inter, where his columns made him a familiar voice to French-speaking audiences.
With Bâtard sensible, directed with Jérémy Ferrari, he has packed venues from L’Européen to the Olympia, all the way to Geneva Arena. At the same time, he has developed an acting career, notably in the Netflix series Recalé.
Between trash humour, shamelessness and sensitivity, Alexandre Kominek owns a style that is raw, borderline and deeply funny. An ambassador of Swiss stand-up, finally in Fribourg.
