Practical information

— Access to Fairplay Square from 5 p.m. (food trucks, drinks, entertainment). Doors to the BCF Arena open at 6 p.m.

— Concert times are currently being planned and will be published here in May 2026.

— Standing: Standing room only

— Standing bleachers: Standing room in the bleachers

— Seated 201-215: Standard seating

— Seated 402-415: Standard seating on the upper level

— VIP North/South seating: VIP is only the name of the seating area; these tickets do not offer any advantages other than standard seating with leather seats.

— Several catering options are available during the event: restaurants inside the BCF Arena (with or without reservations), refreshment stands inside on the 2nd floor, and various food trucks outside on Fairplay Square.

— The event is entirely cashless: payments can only be made by debit card, credit card or TWINT.

— The event is open to all ages and there are no restrictions. However, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

— We would also like to draw parents’ attention to the fact that the volume during concerts can be high and potentially dangerous for young children’s hearing. We strongly recommend that children wear hearing protection (headphones or earplugs) to protect their hearing.

CarteCulture cardholders benefit from a 30% discount on ticket purchases.

This discount only applies to on-site purchases on 7 and 8 November 2025. The box office opens from 5:30 pm on both evenings.

Accepted payment methods: Twint, debit card or credit card.

The person in a wheelchair must have a valid ticket. Their accompanying person is admitted free of charge.
